Policy.
The short version: we don’t use marketing or tracking cookies. The cookies that exist are technical ones from our hosting provider, and you can’t do much without them.

Heads up. This is a working draft prepared by the founder. It reflects how the site actually works today, but it has not yet been reviewed by qualified UAE counsel.
The short version
This site uses no marketing cookies, no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no third-party analytics scripts. Your visit is genuinely anonymous to us in aggregate.
What gets set
Strictly necessary (Cloudflare)
Our site is hosted behind Cloudflare for speed and security. Cloudflare sets a small number of strictly-necessary cookies to keep the site working:
__cf_bm: bot management. Helps tell humans apart from automated traffic. Expires 30 minutes after your last request. More from Cloudflare.cf_clearance: set only if you complete a Cloudflare challenge (e.g., for suspicious traffic). Expires when the challenge does.
These are required for the site to function and you can’t disable them without losing access. They don’t identify you personally; they hold short-lived bot-detection signals.
Form anti-abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile)
If you submit the contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived cookie or local-storage entry to verify you’re not a bot. It’s a privacy-friendly alternative to Google reCAPTCHA, with no behavioral tracking and no advertising cross-reference. More on Turnstile.
What we don’t set
- No Google Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookie-free and doesn’t collect personal data.
- No advertising cookies. We don’t run ads.
- No social-media tracking pixels. No Facebook, X, or LinkedIn pixels on this site.
- No re-targeting. We don’t follow you around the internet.
- No cross-site tracking. Plausible counts visits per page; that’s it.
Your local browser storage
The site uses localStorage only if you change your color preference (we honor prefers-color-scheme by default and don’t override it). No other local storage is used.
How to disable cookies
Most browsers let you block all cookies, block third-party cookies, or clear them. The site will still work with all cookies blocked, though Cloudflare may show occasional bot-check challenges.
Changes
If we ever start using additional cookies (we don’t plan to), we’ll update this page and add a banner to notify visitors before the change takes effect.
